MENSTRUAL PHASE RECIPE
Lentil & spinach dahl
Menstrual phase
A warming, budget-friendly dahl for heavy days: lentils and spinach bring plant iron, and coconut milk makes it cozy.
Why it works for this phase
Lentils and spinach add plant iron and fiber while you are bleeding; a squeeze of lime adds vitamin C, which helps your body absorb that plant iron.
